The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the cute town and enjoy its charm. it is in the center of the resort, allowing for easy access to skiing either by car or by taking the nearby bus shuttle. the rooms are spacious and the hotel offers facilities such as a pool and sauna for relaxation.
Some guests mentioned that there were limited food options for vegans, which could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the center of the resort was perfect for us to easily explore this cute town. It also made it convenient for us to go skiing, as the bus station for the ski slopes was right near the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and we were pleasantly surprised by its size. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna, were great additions to our stay. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The location was great, very accessible to skiing and other activities. the room was spacious and the pool and sauna facilities were enjoyable. the entertainment options for kids were also a plus.
The food options for vegans were very limited, making it hard to find something substantial to eat. there weren't many activities to do in the resort apart from skiing, so we felt quite limited in terms of things to do.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a fantastic time in this cozy hotel. The pool and sauna facilities were very nice and a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. the entertainment options for kids in the evening were a plus. We also loved the fact that the bus station to the ski slopes was conveniently located near the hotel.
We thought that the communication between the staff was not always clear, especially concerning the spa and towel rentals. We were given unclear information that led to additional charges at checkout.
